Mercedes W210 New Parts - Tensioner Pulley, Belt & Eccentric Bolts

Hello. These are the new parts for my W210. Very soon i will be able to refresh all the Idler/Tensioner Pulleys & V-belt on my M113 V8 engine. I have also ordered Eccentric bolts for front control arms, which will help me to reach more proper adjustment for front end & the rear toe arm bolts for spare. Thank you for watching! How many millimeters is the spanner? Do you turn it to the left?
36MM Open end spanner, to remove it i turned anticlockwise...
These are great for pulling metal clips (dunno if Mercedes uses them, lots in VAG)

@@DanSolo-ne5ss Strongflex.eu (Directly from Poland. They ship to Europe).
The swivel base is not bad, unfortunately the vise is not the right one for many reasons. Anvil small and not hardened, spindle not protected from dirt, short handle, clamping surfaces not parallel when workpiece is clamped at one side, and so on.
Is there any brand better to this? I know that nothing is perfect in real world...

So the Gedore saved the day 😊 But I am still not sure why the Joker wrench failed to the job? It's been advertised as go to tool.
I am not sponsored here from anyone. I just try to share the things, how they work in real life. This is my personal experience - and as you can see standard gedore wrench beats wera joker when it comes to rounded bolt. Both are 17mm wrenches.
Beautiful sets. I think the answer is both so you have 6 point and 12 point, or hexagon and double hexagon if you prefer. 👍

All V8 on W210 are with clutch fans.

Der Satz Gedore Maul/Ringschlüssel NO 7XL ist soweit ok!Qualität ist klasse!Aber man muss die ganzen Zwischengrössen einzeln zukaufen!
Die Steckschlüsselsätze der älteren Generation hatte alle unverwüstliche Blecheinlagen in die das Zubehör einsortiert wurde!Heute sind 2farbige Schaumstoffeinlagen aus LD45 in Mode!Der letzte Gedore Steckschlüsselsatz komplett im Blechkasten mit Blecheinlage war der Jubiläumssteckschlüsselsatz 1919-90!Bei Gedore sind die Kästen immer noch aus Metall,aber das Innenleben fürs Zubehör aus Schaumstoff!Das Wichtigste ist aber doch immerhin das Werkzeug und das sollte tadellos sein und lange halten!

Gedore for the win. Full metal case. High quality. I also like the Stahlwille one, but the plastic inlay is not made for heavy duty.

I would like to know more about these pliers. From my Aviation background. I would call these Cannon Plug pliers. What would you use them for in the automotive/truck industry 🤔
I am going to use them in every situation when i don't want to damage nut during removing or installing it.
@W210Garage Hello again W210 Garage In your setting, I would think tools with smooth jaws instead of teeth would be the way to go. To minimize any damage issues. Maybe a comparison of both types of tools .I am saying all this because the jaw pads would be a soft material and probably would not last! Again thank you.
@@georgeferlazzo7936 I prefer to own many knipex tools. Who knows for what it will be suitable additionally.
@@W210Garage True enough, I would be very interested in knowing how tough those jaw pads are. In Aviation, I would only use them on Cannon Plugs. They wouldn't be too abused. Eventually you would have to replace them. Again thank you 😆

Habe mehrere Gedore 1993-U20 Ratschen!Alle schon mit dem schwarz/blauem 2K Griff!Handhabung ist bei allen gleich!Nur bei den Neueren Modellen mit neuerem Gedore Label wurde leider schon wieder Material eingespart!Bei den älteren U20 Ratschen ist noch das Alte Gedore Zeichen drauf!Und auch die Oberfläche ist glatter!
Ich bevorzuge Alt.
@@W210Garage Leider bekommt man die Ältere Gedore 1993-U20 nur noch ab und zu bei Ebay Kleinanzeigen!Ich habe z.Bsp auch längere Zeit nach dem Gedore Steckschlüsselsatz 1919-90 gesucht...und mit Ach und Krach noch ein fast neues Exemplar bekommen!Die Einzige Gedore 1/2"Ratsche die ich noch suche ist die Gedore 1993 U10T 32Zähne,mit konischem Schaft und schwarz/blauem 2K Griff!
